QUALIFICATIONS AND
EXPERIENCE:
BSc
Ed/BSc & PGCE majoring in Physics and/or Chemistry
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The roles and responsibilities of the
Mobile Laboratory coordinator will be around, and not limited to:
Organizing and participating in all
activities that relates to the Mobile laboratory for learners in and around the
Science centre’s focus area.
Providing strategic Science Centre
support to the schools in the sub-region during outreach visits
Teaching/tutoring Physical Science
and Mathematics to learners during the outreach and other Osizweni activities/programmes.
Extending assistance to the Physical
Science teachers in the Osizweni strategic focus area.
Production of reports on the plan
and further developments of the Centre in support of the manager
Using relevant technology and
methodology to support the Centre’s activities and programmes
Delivering presentations during
visits and during other activities organized by Osizweni.

ADDITIONAL
REQUIREMENT(S):
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be willing to work awkward
hours and travel extensively.
Must be willing to undergo a medical
check-up as per Osizweni Science Centre policy.
Must be able to use Microsoft Office products
