Osizweni Science Centre and its stakeholders provide tailor-made mentorship and leadership support to teachers, management teams and governing body members of schools in the Standerton sub-region.

Many of these figures have influence that reaches beyond the classroom and into communities. The leadership mentorship and support they receive helps inspire personal development, effective communication skills and self-improvement, bringing greater meaning to their daily lives and contact with others.
